Sleep Without Time

Take the clocks out of the bedroom and you may find yourself falling asleep faster. Studies show that when you stare at the time on a clock when you are trying to fall asleep it can create anxiety in you; further delaying your sleep. Have you ever stared at the clock when you are trying to fall asleep and found yourself thinking..."I only have 5 more hours until I have to get up for work...Now 4 hours...Now 3 hours. It doesn't help. Don't look at the time that passes while lying in bed. Why remind yourself and kick up your adrenaline when you don't need to?
