Sleepless

People often wonder how it is more difficult to sleep the longer you go without sleep. Strange concept but quite true. The reasoning behind this is; the more times you feel as though you have failed at sleeping, the more discouraged you will become. As you become discouraged, you lose confidence in your ability to sleep.

Lose Sleep Over New Years Resolutions

It is good to reflect on the past year and evaluate the pros and cons of your behavior. Setting higher goals for the next year is common. If you put too mush emphasis on the goals and create unrealistic expectations; you can lose a great amount of sleep obsessing over it.
