Behavior Method To Get Sleep!!!

If you laying in bed at night and staring at the wall, get up and out of bed. It is suggested that if you are lying in bed for 20 minutes than you should get up and read a book or watch some television. People have a tendency to believe that if you lye in bed for long enough you will eventually fall asleep. Although this may work for some people, most of the time you end up just lying there, getting anxious, and can't stop the ruminating thoughts. So the next time you are lying in bed; get up.
