Cycles

just one night of troubles sleep can leave you anxious for the next night. It can also turn into a bad cycle of sleep. People tend to do or behave in a cyclical fashion. 1 bad night turns into 2,3 nights of trouble sleep. You have to remember that just because you had trouble sleeping the night before doesn't mean it will repeat the next night.
