Dark = Sleep

Research shows that the light and the dark may effect quality of sleep as well as effecting onset and latency of sleep. People in places like Alascka have indicated that sleeping is difficult due to lack of night time where they live. When people experience too much daylight, people find it difficult for their body to feel like it needs sleep. The normanl triggers that the body needs to get sleep are non existent.
