Dread The Bed!!!
Do you look at your bed and feel overwhelmingly anxious? Does the thought of going to bed make you sick to your stomach? If this sounds familiar; you most likely have formed a negative association with your bed. The bed itself is now a symbol of bad feelings such as anxiety and hoplessness.
